Information you share

When you join Early Access, we store your email, signup consent, time of submission, product and finish preferences, plant type, expected price, and campaign attribution. We use these to maintain the list and understand demand. We do not collect payment information.

Storage and providers

Signup information is stored in the website’s Cloudflare D1 database. The hosting provider processes network requests; a rotating hashed network identifier helps limit automated submissions. If configured, Resend receives your email to deliver a signup confirmation.

Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only loads when permitted by our privacy-choice logic, including your optional-tracking choice and supported privacy signals. It measures page visits and signup events and may process browser, device, network and cookie identifiers. We do not send your email, name or phone number in analytics event parameters.

Meta Pixel is optional future functionality and is not active until a real Pixel ID is configured. If enabled, it will be subject to the same privacy-choice logic and may measure advertising interest and signup conversions. We do not enable automatic advanced matching.

Cookies and browser storage

Campaign parameters (UTM, fbclid and gclid) are retained in session storage for the current tab. Your optional-tracking choice is stored locally. Google, and Meta if enabled, may set cookies when permitted. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) by not loading optional tracking.

Email and your choices

Early Access collects permission for product updates. A confirmation email may be sent after signup. Bulk marketing and automated campaigns are not enabled in this version. You may request access to or deletion of your Early Access information by emailing privacy@mereholt.com.

Retention

Our working retention policy is to retain Early Access information for up to 24 months after your last interaction, unless longer retention is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
